Accurate tightening and protected surfaces: Elesa torque limiting knobs and wing knobs

Elesa offers a series of torque-limiting clamping elements: MZD knobs, VTD knobs and CTD wing knobs.

In the torque-limiting clamping elements, once the required torque value is reached, the integrated mechanism releases the knob from the clamping element. The torque transmission from the knob to the clamping element occurs by means of a spring system that prevents the set torque from being exceeded.

Elesa products cover a wide range of applicable torques, from 0.2Nm to 6Nm, allowing for the regulation of the maximum tightening torque most suitable for your needs.

The different ergonomic shapes proposed (fluted grip knobs, three-arm knobs and wing knobs) are the most suitable to perfectly fit the operator’s grip according to the application and the required tightening torque.

An attention to design internationally recognized, as for VTD knob, whose three lobe ergonomic shape has been awarded with Red Dot Design Award 2019 in the Product Design category.
