Use of air motor: activation of the rotating head of hydro-cleaning machinery

The customer's need, operating in the Cleaning sector, is to activate the rotating heads, which are present inside their machines dedicated to industrial cleaning. These heads, consisting of small nozzles that shoot water at high pressure, are moved by an air motor, which resists without any problems upon contact with water and the strong presence of moisture in the environment in which it operates.

How is this possible?

The air motor consists of sealing elements suitable for water’s passage: it is built externally in stainless steel and this feature gives it a high resistance to corrosion.

What are the other advantages of using this type of motor?

The air motor, being free from electricity, is ideal for these types of applications. In fact, it allows you to work in humid environments and in the presence of liquids, without any risk of short circuits.
